BRIEF

The project began with a brief to develop a brand identity for B.Yond Strategic, the company’s land delivery sector. However, market research led to a broader strategy: creating a master brand, B.Yond, with two sub-brands — B.Yond Homes and B.Yond Strategic — to future-proof the business and support long-term growth.

GOALS

Establish a clear new direction with a clean, contemporary identity for B.Yond and its sub-brands. Revamp the website to highlight both land and home development while reflecting the refreshed brand identity.

SOLUTION | STRATEGY

We started with a brand strategy workshop, focusing on three key areas: Brand Core (purpose, vision, values), Brand Positioning (audience, market, goals), and Brand Persona (personality, voice, tagline). This led to a detailed brand strategy document, guiding consistent and long-term brand success.

SOLUTION | DESIGN

The design concept reflects B.Yond’s commitment to going ‘above and beyond’ for customers, whether through thoughtful landowner schemes or making homeowners feel special.

The logo and visual elements symbolise this idea by extending lines beyond their boundaries. The colour scheme, inspired by the land and sky, connects the identity to B.Yond’s purpose and highlights its ambition to reach new heights.

“Emma has been an excellent brand designer to work with. She understood and interpreted our brief very well and delivered a concept that articulated what we wanted to achieve and translated this into a number of brand assets.

The new brand has been very well received by multiple stakeholders and has given us a much clearer definition of what we are trying to achieve with our business. It enables our client and partner stakeholders to more easily understand what we can do to support them with their goals.”
